Rick Clark is a recognized leader, entrepreneur, and educator in the eDiscovery and digital investigations industry, with more than 24 years of experience helping organizations navigate the evolving challenges of data, technology, and legal discovery. Throughout his career, he has co-founded and helped build several influential industry organizations and technology companies, including The Masters Conference, Wave Software, and ESI Analyst.

As Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at CloudNine, Rick works closely with legal professionals, technology providers, and industry leaders to advance innovative approaches to eDiscovery, modern data, and investigations. He is a frequent speaker, author, and moderator, known for his ability to connect emerging technologies with practical legal and business outcomes.

Rick has dedicated much of his career to fostering collaboration, education, and innovation across the legal technology community. Through his leadership with The Masters Conference and other industry initiatives, he continues to bring together thought leaders and practitioners to address the most pressing challenges and opportunities shaping the future of eDiscovery.

He lives in Greensboro, North Carolina with his wife, Amy where they are both caretakers for his dad, James Clark.
